Um.. the purpose of having a goal for 1 week is because when you do things conscience (?) for 1 week-5 weeks, it is stuck in the subconscience. If you do your goal for 1 week, it may be stuck in the subconscience, which will mean you act that way without trying. If it doesn't work for 1 week, you try 3.. if that doesn't work.. I guarantee 5 weeks will. I am trying to make a positive change here.. understand?
